Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
